I stayed at the hotel in June. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Pitsunda. Spacious room with a balcony. The furniture is in good condition, snow-white bed linen and towels. I am always very critical of the cleanliness in the room. Everything was perfect here. The balcony is clean, which is not common. Very convenient location. A cypress alley leads to the sea. I was pleased that it was smoothly tiled. Such sidewalks are rare in Abkhazia. The owner of the hotel, Magdalena, is a very nice and interesting person. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. There was no doubt that we would stop here. This time we were with our parents. Everything is still clean, sincere, friendly staff, well-kept territory and a compliment from the hotel upon check-in. I would especially like to mention Aida, a very polite and pleasant cleaning fairy: we were very pleased with the daily cleaning, frequent change of towels and bed linen. And Aida treated us to a very delicious homemade wine, just amazing! Parents were less lucky in terms of cleanliness: for the first time, their towels were cleaned and replaced three days later, because they had already been told this directly by the administrator. They were unlucky here: they didn't have Aida.
