A cozy hotel in a picturesque location. I am located next to the sea - 10 minutes walking distance. As creative people, we especially enjoyed the opportunity to admire the landscape, the tall pines on the seashore. A clean beach and its own natural bay. The room is comfortable, very comfortable mattresses for sleeping and clean white linens! A warm and hospitable host. It will tell you where to buy groceries, where to go on excursions. You can talk in the open kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need for any dish. There is always electricity and wi-fi!!! There is parking for cars. I recommend writing to Alexander and visiting him on vacation in Abkhazia.

We had a vacation with a family of four at the end of June and beginning of July 2024. I want to say first of all about Alexander, the topic of the guests is always: what, where and when. Do not take away the splendor of cleanliness and comfort of guests' accommodation. The kitchen for common use is chic and shiny, everything is there for cooking for small and large families. The room (we lived at #7, second floor) has a comfortable bed, sofa, snow-white linen and towels, which you can change on request. TV, Wi-Fi is excellent, kettle,cups, refrigerator. The bathroom with shower is combined and clean. The house is located on the second line from the seashore in a 10-minute walk, close to cafes, canteens and shops. We recommend it, we will definitely come.

It's a great place. The owner, Alexander, is a hospitable, adequate person, he will always help, when I was there he took a woman to the hospital with an attack of something chronic. The rooms are clean and cozy, beds with orthopedic mattresses, refrigerator, TV on the wall are present, clean everywhere and even under the beds. The sea is 7-8 minutes away at a leisurely pace, there are many cafes along the way. The house is located away from the highway, the noise of cars is not annoying. In short, one of the best places on the Black Sea coast where I have been. I recommend👍✌️👌
