I stayed at the hotel in June. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Pitsunda. Spacious room with a balcony. The furniture is in good condition, snow-white bed linen and towels. I am always very critical of the cleanliness in the room. Everything was perfect here. The balcony is clean, which is not common. Very convenient location. A cypress alley leads to the sea. I was pleased that it was smoothly tiled. Such sidewalks are rare in Abkhazia. The owner of the hotel, Magdalena, is a very nice and interesting person. Everything is still clean, sincere, friendly staff, well-kept territory and a compliment from the hotel upon check-in. I would especially like to mention Aida, a very polite and pleasant cleaning fairy: we were very pleased with the daily cleaning, frequent change of towels and bed linen. And Aida treated us to a very delicious homemade wine, just amazing! Parents were less lucky in terms of cleanliness: for the first time, their towels were cleaned and replaced three days later, because they had already been told this directly by the administrator. Very cozy and modern hotel. This is the second time we have rented a room with a balcony overlooking the cypress alley. The rooms are cleaned every day, linen is changed every 3 days or on request. Excursions and transfers can be booked at the hotel, there is its own parking lot, so you will not have to worry about the car. The Anna Hotel, which is located in Pitsunda on Cypress Alley, surprised with its hospitality - coziness, comfort, cleanliness and tranquility at the highest level! Only after visiting you do you understand why vacationers book rooms for summer and autumn in January. The hotel does not provide catering services, but you will be offered coffee or homemade wines. A large selection of cafes with delicious homemade cuisine are within walking distance. Upon check-in, we were complimented with a bottle of wine, the room was cleaned every day, new bottles of gel and shampoo appeared in the bathroom every day, bags of black and green tea were on the table in the room, the bed linen was changed three times in 10 days! Comfortable double bed, balcony with a wonderful view of the alley, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, large mirror, kettle, hair dryer... There is a large library on the ground floor... convenient Parking, a Playground and a large gazebo... there is everything you need for a good rest! And most importantly, the sea is only 5 minutes away! Many thanks to Magdalene, the hostess of the hotel, the administrator and all the staff. You are the best!
