Hello, everyone. My review is dedicated to the Regina Hotel building 2, which is located in the village of Ldzaa in Abkhazia. The idea of flying on vacation arose spontaneously, financially everything is limited. We flew through the tour operator Biblio Globus. When we chose the tour, we relied mainly on the distance from the sea, cleanliness, and shade. They thought about the hotel like this: there is a place to sleep and it's good. But it turned out to be a great hotel!! Upon arrival, and it was 2-3 o'clock in the morning), we were greeted by the receptionist, a very nice girl Natasha. In the future, we tried to contact her with all questions. Thanks a lot to Natasha and her brother!!!! We constantly felt their care. I really liked everything, starting with the room and ending with the food. Everyone is smiling at the food distribution. The food is delicious. Cleaning, change of towels and linen are all excellent!! My daughter and I were very comfortable to relax in such a hotel. I would like to visit it again.

We are currently staying at the Regina Building 1 hotel. Everything is just great. The room is clean, there is a kettle, hairdryer, towels, shower, TV, air conditioning, small fridge. You can smoke on the balcony and in the courtyard. There is an ironing board and iron in the hallway on each floor. There is a table with chairs on the balcony. Laundry services are provided. Everything is concise, cozy and neat. Attentive and helpful staff. Beautiful view of the mountains. The sea shines through the relict pines. In the morning, you can hear the sea roaring. It is better to choose a room with windows facing east. Five minutes to the beach. The water on the sea is the purest. In the second building there is a dining room with polite and pleasant staff. The food is ordinary with affordable prices. We really liked it. We recommend it.

We chose the hotel based on the price-quality ratio. The hotel made a good impression, the sea is nearby, it takes 5 minutes to walk along the street and the panorama of the pine trees immediately opens. There were often free sun beds on the beach, we rested in the middle of September. We lived in building 2. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, we even checked in a little earlier. Before leaving, the room was extended, the cost is 1 thousand rubles, which is convenient. The dining room was located downstairs on the 1st floor. We had breakfasts, they were strictly from 8-9 in the morning. The choice is almost always the same, sometimes an apple or pancakes were changed. But in general, you can eat enough. You can't take all the dishes and in any quantity, everything is strictly provided per person! Keep this in mind, this is not a buffet! There is also a microwave to warm it up. In general, you will not be hungry, you can also come to the dining room and eat at any other time for money. On average, a full meal for two people cost about a thousand rubles. In the rooms, as we wrote earlier, cleaning is exhausting. We asked the cleaner to clean up, she came with the cleaning, but after a week of rest, for example, she did not change the linen. The toilet paper was changed, but again on demand. The hotel is kindly requested to improve the cleaning quality. There was no soap either. In general, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we could recommend the hotel for not very demanding people. Oh, yes! The pool! He was very important when choosing a hotel! And he always ended up with ice water. Unfortunately, I couldn't buy it. The very place of Ldzaa, Rybzavodskaya Street, is a very calm, measured, quiet place for relaxing holidays and walks. Guided tours at every turn. I hope my review will be useful!
