They are accepted in ANY office for half an hour. To put at least one stamp, you need to sit in line for 2-3 hours, to get any certificate, you need to sit in queues for a whole day. If they give you sick leave, they give you two days, that is, every other day you come in with a fever and sit in line again for 4 hours to extend your sick leave, and so on every time. Half of the specialists are not available -they are given referrals to other clinics.
