I had an MRI scan of the lumbar spine. The administrators were very warmly welcomed. Everything was explained at a calm pace (but quickly), helped with filling out the accompanying documents, and handed over to the doctor. After the procedure, they offered me tea, as they noticed my weakness. They calculated it, told us again how and when the decryption would be ready. The procedure itself was very calm, even though the doctor was aware that this was not the first time I was doing an MRI scan, he still talked about possible sensations, the duration of the procedure, etc. He gave me headphones, adjusted the volume, gave me an alarm button, reminded me how to use it, and also offered a small pad under my feet so that my lower back was it's more comfortable to survive these 30 minutes. After the procedure, he asked me how I was feeling again and waited with great patience for me to change my clothes (which took a very long time). I would like to express my deep gratitude to the center for providing services at the highest level, with attention to detail and goodwill. Thank you very much!!!

Касаемо качество оказываемых услуг вопросов нет, все на высшем уровне, но пожалуйста поработайте над работой менеджеров, которые записывают на прием, чтобы записаться на прием мне понадобился целый день, отвечали медленно и сухо. Когда хотел уточнить по времени, мне четко ответили, что есть свободное время ночное на нужные мне дни, попросил тогда записать с 13.05 на 14.05 в ночь, по итогу меня просто как бы ставят перед фактом и пишут :13.05.2026 в 02:10 ночи, я уточнил, может я не так понял, ведь до этого буквально сказали что будет свободно в ночь, оказалось что нет 🙃 После того как утвердили запись, я уточнил по итоговой стоимости, записывался на МРТ двух отделов ( пояснично-крестцового с крестцово-подвздошным сочленением) на сайте четко указана стоимость в 480 рублей, менеджер мне пишет про 615 рублей, не красиво как-то выходит. Я могу быть не прав конечно, но мне кажется что при оказание услуг с такой стоимостью и такого уровня, то и запись должна проходить с максимальным комфортом для клиента )

At the reception, I received a detailed consultation and treatment regimen from a doctor. The doctor is polite and attentive. The receptionist girls are also nice.
