We stayed at the hotel from 07/21/25 to 07/31/25. We liked everything, the hotel is renovated, clean, modern, the room has everything you need for living (kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator). We took a ticket with breakfast in advance, the food is very satisfying and delicious! There is a cafe on site where we went for lunch and dinner, as we went to other places nearby, there were complaints about taste and quality everywhere. I would also like to mention the location of the hotel, 15 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace, there are many shops nearby, we especially liked Olympus (a large selection of Turkish goods and card payment is available). Thanks to all the staff of the hotel and cafe for a wonderful vacation

We had a rest in Abkhazia and were absolutely delighted! I would especially like to mention the wonderful PITSUNDA Hotel, which made us feel at home. The owners of the hotel are incredibly hospitable, friendly people who took care of us from the very first minute. We are always ready to help, prompt, and just have a nice chat — a real Abkhazian sincerity! The hostess of the hotel (Eteri Konstantinovna) is an intelligent, sensitive and very kind woman. It is clear that she puts her soul into this place: everything is well-groomed, neat, with love. Thanks to her, there is an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility that you will not find in large hotels. And another very important factor of an amazing stay in this hotel is the cozy coffee that is located on site! From the first day, everything was just perfect: delicious and varied food, fresh produce, home cooking — each dish was lovingly prepared, as if it were prepared for their own. The staff and the hostess Irina are real heroes. Their attitude to the guests is not just a service, it is the most important element of the atmosphere that makes the stay unforgettable. It's because of them that you feel like you've come to visit your family. If you want a vacation where you will be welcomed like old friends, fed like relatives and given coffee that you can't forget, you are definitely here. We will definitely come back again. Abkhazia is not only about the sea and mountains, but also about real people who make vacations really warm. 💚

We stayed for several days at the end of July, the hotel is relatively new, located in the very center of Pitsunda, about 7-10 minutes to the sea, near the market, shops, canteens, it was clean, settled quickly. Definitely recommend it for a vacation.
