For some reason, asking for a package caused such a reaction from the seller, as if he was doing me a big favor. After such an attitude, I don't want to return to the store.

The service is the bottom. Sellers behave as if uninvited guests have come to their home. They will reluctantly show it the third time. Every word (there was a question about the product) needs to be dragged out. It feels like they don't want to work there at all. Given such margins (the store is far from cheap), you definitely don't expect such an attitude.
