COMPLAINT about gross violations and unacceptable behavior of employees Migration Service of Uralsk (Gagarina 2/5 office No. 6) With this complaint, I am reporting egregious violations committed by employees of the Uralsk Migration Service, namely S.B. Kosaeva and other employees working in office No. 6 at Gagarin 2/5 During my appeal, the documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan were seized from me in connection with the change of citizenship. At the same time, the staff arbitrarily took away the documents without issuing either a receipt, an act of seizure, or any other supporting document. I consider these actions to be a gross violation of official duties and rights of a citizen, since in fact my documents were withheld without legal grounds and registration. After that, I was instructed to report before lunch on Monday. At the appointed time, I spent about 1.5 hours waiting, completely ignored by the staff. All attempts to get clarification were accompanied by rudeness, irritation, and an openly dismissive attitude. Employees allowed themselves to: • speak in a rude and humiliating manner; • refuse to properly explain their actions; • Demonstrate complete indifference to the situation they have created. It was only after persistent and repeated demands that I managed to obtain the necessary document with great difficulty. In fact, employees were forced to perform their direct duties only under pressure, which in itself is unacceptable for a government agency. I consider what is happening to be not just poor service, but systemic failure to perform official duties, abuse of official position and humiliating treatment of citizens. I demand: • to conduct an internal audit in relation to S.B. Kosaeva and the staff of office No. 6; • to give a legal assessment of the fact of the seizure of documents without registration; • Take real disciplinary action; • Ensure that citizens' legal rights are respected when contacting the migration service. Such behavior by employees discredits the civil service and undermines citizens' trust in the authorities.

Today I visited this place with my daughter, she specially flew from Denmark, for the sake of one document. But the employee is not in place. We found her in the hallway and she didn't have 5 minutes for us. There is no desire to help, the answer is immediately negative

The staff just mock the people who came to visit Kazakhstan To get a certificate, you need to come 5 times a day. They have lunch, study, or some personal business, they close the door right in front of their face and have to wait for several hours !!!
