We stumbled upon this place quite by accident when we were looking for an overnight stay in New Athos. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised. Such a beautiful and well-maintained territory, beautiful houses built into a row. Inside, everything in the houses is brand new and often, there is everything you need for a normal holiday. Toilet, shower, air conditioning, refrigerator and TV are all there. The staff is polite, we were checked in quickly and without any problems. There is a large garden with tangerine trees on the territory of the base, it is unusual and very beautiful.

It's a wonderful place. Yes, there are interruptions with water and Internet, but this is the exception rather than the rule. A very beautiful, peaceful place. We were settled before the due time, the beach is clean, the owners are friendly.If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, then you are here. There is a kitchen on site, and the room has all the amenities.There are 2 cafes 150 meters away. We were only in one place, on the beach and everything was very tasty. We have something to compare it with and it is this place that reminded us of Cuba, there is only a white sand) And more. As long as there were cataclysms all along the coast, we were safe. The place is on a hill and only wet the grass in the yard. The only point is that we drove by car and it was very convenient for us to travel in all directions of Abkhazia. It will be more difficult without a car. But there were vacationers in the next house and they traveled wonderfully by public transport.Next year we want to go to the same place and are already calling friends. thank you!
