My husband and I stayed at this holiday home for 10 nights in 2023. The vacation experience is not bad. Friendly hosts, Naira (a very beautiful woman))) The territory is as shown in the photo, beautiful, well maintained. You go out on the terrace in the morning and the eye is happy! The sound of the sea can be heard even at night. There is a cafe on the territory within a minute's walk, they cook really tasty (we agree with previous reviews), breakfasts, lunches, dinners at reasonable prices, you can also buy a beer))) Periodically they cook a barbecue there, we had fish on the grill! This is WOW, I've never tasted better anywhere! A portion for the company, barely finished with my husband! The beach is on site, but it's rocky, we walked along the shore for about three minutes to another "compartment", but at any time you can just go down to the beach in half a minute and at night, the views are wonderful! Just sitting on the shore before going to bed is worth a lot, it leaves an unforgettable impression. Even during the day, the beach is empty. what is very important to me is to count a maximum of 10 people on the fingers. and sometimes my husband and I were just the two of us. The rooms are clean, the cleaning was done, we have no complaints. Of the disadvantages, there was only one kettle per floor, it had to be "caught", the owners could put a kettle in each room, it's not so expensive. For those who like to hang out in the wrong place. There are no discos or anything else nearby. If you go up from the hotel, in other boarding houses the entrance to the dining room is free, you can diversify the menu, but ours was tastier))) There is a shop, if you go out to the road (Sukhum highway), buy water, watermelon and other more or less necessary things, there is also a small fruit dump along the way, you can buy local pastries. If you want a quiet vacation, literally by the sea, and you are not a demanding person for service, this is your place! But there are disadvantages, of course (where there are none), it is the sound insulation of the rooms, the place will be quiet if there are no children, but there is no guarantee. We were a little unlucky, the baby was very small and cried even at night, mom apologized, but what can you do about it.. We must be prepared for this. Would I go back to this place? Yes, definitely back. Two years later, we have very good impressions, and now we are thinking with my husband to come here again or just try something new..

Good time of day!!! My husband and I stayed at this boarding house in August 2025. We liked everything: a quiet family vacation, just like at home!!! When choosing a vacation destination, the main task was the silence and proximity to the sea. Fortunately, that's what happened, the sea is right in the courtyard, a few steps and you're at the sea. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves, the cafe in the courtyard of the boarding house, the waiter Rosa is a very attentive girl. The administrator Galina is a very decent and friendly person, always in a hurry to help solve any problem. Many THANKS to all the staff of this boarding house for their hard work and our wonderful vacation!!! Thank you vacationers!!! Republic of Mordovia
