Complete lack of customer orientation. I applied on April 29 to make an appointment and fix the warranty obligations for the paintwork. They signed up for May 8 (9 days), refused to fix the problems, said we would do everything at THAT. At the time of admission, the time was announced - 3 hours. After 4 hours, I'm driving by - the car is ready and parked, no one warned me when it was ready. No one recorded damage to the paintwork. After a conflict with the manager, the warranty representatives nevertheless came out. They took a photo of the inside of the hood, but they didn't even fix the external problems. When I received the keys, I clarified that, of course, no one had done it, but I was to blame, because I hadn't warned when recording it. Update the software in a separate queue (+ 6 days). + 2 weeks to respond to the warranty on the body, apparently they will decide that I myself am to blame for the corrosion of the inside of the hood)
