The worst dentistry I've ever seen. Very expensive. I put two fillings, both fell out. I went under warranty, all the time that they were redoing, they reproached me for coming impudently. Unsanitary conditions, there are no cards for anyone who has been sealed (from this I assume that money goes past the cash register). They cheated on me. The nurse refused to introduce herself, from which I conclude that she is not officially registered. The complaint book was not issued. Horror. I don't recommend it in any case.

I want to write a review about the work of dentist Perepelitsa T.R., but first a few words about the clinic itself. They don't register at the reception, they don't ask for a passport like in any other normal clinic, they don't get a card. Now about the office where this dentist works. This is not an office, but an entrance courtyard. While you're lying with your mouth open, everyone walks past you-patients, staff, and those who just want to ask. Completely unsanitary, the dentist worked in torn gloves, periodically distracted by the phone - either answering the call or logging into social networks. After that, of course, I didn't process my hands. As for the job itself, I did composite veneers, plus I had one tooth healed. The work was done quickly, which even confused me a little, but overall I remained pretty busy, but that's until the problems started... I want to say in advance that no recommendations on care and possible side effects were brought to me. After a week, my teeth became more sensitive and my gums became inflamed. If the pain was minor at first, then after another week it became unbearable, I went to see this dentist (I'm from another city, 250 km to Orsha). At the reception, she saw that there was excessive sensitivity on some teeth, but she didn't pay much attention to it. She polished my teeth, applied fluoride varnish, cut my lip (she was in a hurry) and sent me home, told me to smear my teeth with toothpaste for sensitive teeth. After taking 3-4 days, it was more or less normal, but a week later, hell broke loose. My teeth hurt from everything - from water, from tea, from sweets, then they started to hurt at night. There was no way to go to her, I wrote her messages about my condition, to which she reassured me and said that this was the norm, nothing needed to be done. I was living on painkillers. As a result, I couldn't stand the pain and went to a local dental clinic, they took a picture, the result was an infection, the nerve had already rotted, and the root of the tooth (abscess) began to inflame. She wrote to Quail about her condition, to which she replied that she was very sorry, of course she did not admit her guilt. If I had asked for help earlier instead of enduring for weeks, there would have been no such dire consequences! I am currently undergoing expensive and painful treatment, and I would never advise anyone to contact T.R. Quail.!
