I was booked with my daughter and my wife to Goncharenko's doctor on 03.01.2026, at 09:00, 10:00 and 11:00. The doctor began to install the filling for her daughter without anesthesia, without discussing it with us in advance. As a result, my daughter started crying in her chair, the doctor said that she was interfering with her work, but she did not say that she was drilling a tooth without anesthesia!!! She underwent anesthesia only after our intervention. Next, I was booked at 11:00, after my wife. The doctor finished treating his wife a little earlier. I was not invited to the doctor, at 11:10 I asked the administrator why I was not invited, the administrator said that the doctor was cleaning the workplace, I went into the doctor's office and saw that the doctor was treating another patient. When the administrator asked why, the answer was that the doctor sees the patient during his lunch break! The time was 11:15 (my record is 11:00). At 11:30, he left the clinic because there was no invitation to the doctor. I would like to note separately that there were no patients with acute pain from 09:00 to 11:00.
