I've been to two other guest houses in the same place, the first time when I didn't know about the Breeze yet, and the second time when I didn't have a place. For this reason, I am now coming and immediately booking for next year. I already have a reservation for 2026, for a month, because I leave almost with tears every time. It's always not enough😃 A wonderful courtyard, lots of flowers and orange trees, cribs, tables, a barbecue area. The owners are just such people, not like in Abkhazia, there are not very many of them on earth. There are not many rooms, there is no crowd or noise, everything is decent, clean, comfortable and comfortable in all respects. A couple of minutes to the sea. Shops on all sides. Prices🤫 there have been no such prices in Russia for a long time. And you know, we go in September, and every year we meet the same people there, we already know each other because everyone is permanent. And this, you see, is an indicator of📈. People haven't been going to bad places for years. Personally, as long as I have the opportunity to get there, I will only go there. And another 10 minutes walk away is the best beach on the entire Black Sea coast - a pine grove goes directly to the sea, You can imagine lying on the shore under a pine tree, the smell is crazy, the water is the cleanest it can be. I drove all along the coast - there is no such place anywhere else! Google it - Pitsunda Bay, Ldzaa beach, you will be blown away by the beauty

We have been coming here with great pleasure for 3 years now! A very cozy Guest house! It's always quiet, clean and comfortable here. The hosts are hospitable, kind and helpful. A summer kitchen surrounded by tangerines, delicious homemade wine, a friendly Bouquet dog that will take you to the sea, an affectionate Bagheera cat and a funny Simba kitten)).
