The Capitol in Havana is similar to the Capitol in Washington, but online sources claim that the American building was not a prototype of the Havana one. Perhaps so, because this capitol is similar, for example, to St. Peter's Cathedral... You can approach the Capitol, go to the steps, and take a picture. If the day turns out to be sunny (and are there any non-sunny days here?), then the blue sky will perfectly match the white Capitol. The building, in my opinion, is a must-see, but you are unlikely to miss it - the Capitol is located in the very center of Havana.
