The one receptionist, young man, sorry didn't get his name, was very friendly and helpful. However the lady who worked the night shift was very rude and didn't even care to look up from her computer when I wanted to ask for coffee.(( Makes you feel like a nuisance and the same attitude the next morning. The breakfast was disappointing, can barely call it a meal and Only one free cup of coffee allowed. The next cup you pay for ( Thankfully the room was perfect and for that I give it one star. And the other star goes to the helpful and friendly young man.

What a wonderful hotel! Warm, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was very impressive, with a variety of delicious foods and warm drinks. Calm and peaceful environment. Room was spacious and warm, soft bed and pillows. Gorgeous bathroom with everything you need )) I throughly enjoyed my stay here, the best hotel to end my trip to Russia. Warm love and gratitude from a South African 🙏 ❤️
