The store is disgusting. We have already written about smoke breaks above. I would like to note that the seller constantly greets customers with a dissatisfied face. He reacts negatively to any requests, which is periodically accompanied by comments. After that, I don't want to go back to the store at all. There are also problems with delivery on a regular basis. Dear management, provide the shops with change notes. I also strongly recommend learning the basics of customer service.

The assortment is good, if not for one thing - an aged female cashier with barely restrained passive aggression. I have already been to the store several times and each time I am convinced that it is better not to ask unnecessary questions, otherwise another outburst of aggression. A few weeks ago, a young man went to buy cat food and was given a booklet for collecting chips and subsequently receiving a gift. This time I got new chips, for which I can already get a gift. I politely asked the cashier if I could receive a gift and received an aggressive response: "the promotion is held only in the stores indicated on the back of the brochure, I won't repeat it a hundred times, you should have been told last time." The funny thing is that last time she sold us food and didn't tell us about it. Of course, this is also our fault, but it could definitely be said in a milder form. All you had to tell the seller was, "The promotion is being held in the stores listed on the back of the brochure," and there was no need to be rude. The store is not super loaded, there is no such flow of customers to tirelessly repeat the same thing to everyone. A woman won't break down if she says an unnecessary phrase. As mentioned below, it would be advisable for the seller to learn the basics of customer service. I give one star only because of the seller.
