We came from St. Petersburg for a wedding to relatives. We have booked rooms for 3 families. 2 families were with children. The rooms were booked in advance and the administration knew that on May 31, 2024 we would be at this hotel. The place is beautiful, quiet, the rooms are nice, with a large terrace. But the hotel staff did not prepare the rooms for check-in, the room cleaning is poor, the sofas and chairs on the terrace are dirty, there are no clothes hangers in the room, there is no trash container, there are no soap shelves in the bathroom in the shower, there are no hooks for towels and a bathrobe. In the suite, my daughter has food left in the refrigerator from previous tenants. In general, the rooms were not cleaned before our arrival. The room rate includes only 2 breakfasts for adults, and children are not allowed. When I contacted the administrator with comments, 3 hours had passed, but no one reacted, only the sofas on the terrace were wiped and that was it. When I saw the manager Svetlana, I complained to her about the above shortcomings. It turned out that the administration had not given her anything. The manager Svetlana is the only person who cares. She eliminated all the claims in a matter of minutes and, moreover, included all the children in the breakfasts. Many thanks to the manager Svetlana. The Italians spent the night there a day later, I think they took my claims into account and accepted them well. The place is beautiful, quiet, but there are many flaws. although this hotel has been operating for more than 3 years. Thanks to Svetlana's manager, I give a rating of 4, although the real rating is 3.

The place where excursions are held and animals are located is a separate area from the hotel complex. The animals are well-groomed, inspected, there are few of them, but the children are interested. The horses are wonderful. There is potential, but there are unpleasant moments, for example, a collapsed trampoline, which is easy to remove, you will see ostriches only from afar. And the biggest problem is the attitude towards children. The guide lacks professionalism and empathy, she is able to attract the attention of children not by interesting presentation of information, but by shouting, occasionally in a completely unacceptable tone.
