What started as a very enjoyable evening at Zimmer unfortunately turned into one of the worst experiences of my life. The venue itself is beautiful, and both the food and their house-made drinks were excellent. We stayed for approximately 6 hours and paid a bill of around $150. At the beginning of the night, a staff member named Dior welcomed us warmly and provided great service. However, as we were about to leave, my girlfriend suddenly became unwell and collapsed on the bathroom floor, unable to move. At that moment, there was a staff shift change, and a blond male waiter took over. While my girlfriend was lying unconscious in the bathroom, he repeatedly insisted that two people were not allowed to enter the restroom, actively preventing me from helping her. Instead of offering assistance, he made an already critical situation much worse. As a business, especially in such circumstances, one would expect basic human empathy and support, yet none was shown. On the contrary, we were forced to carry my girlfriend out of the venue with great difficulty, and we were essentially pushed out rather than helped. The lack of support, combined with the stress and helplessness we experienced, was completely disregarded. For a venue of this quality, such a complete absence of humanity and empathy is deeply disappointing. The way this situation was handled was embarrassing and unacceptable, and it erased all the positive impressions we had earlier that evening.

It's a beautiful place! Excellent tinctures, delicious cuisine, atmosphere and music are always on top! You can come with friends, chat and drink in a good atmosphere. I sometimes go to eat alone, the bartenders are very helpful and make cocktails for every taste.🫶🏻 And there are also gorgeous cats🥹🥹
