It's been a long time since I've come across such negligence at work, such rudeness! One point is a lot! They do not warn when water is being distinguished outside of the planned! I've been trying to reach them for 2.5 hours now! I called 87 times!!! They either don't respond, or they outright dump! This is the 6th time this has happened! And if they get through to them, the employee answered, I asked a question AND JUST ENDED THE CALL without giving any answer! This is an incredibly piggish attitude towards people!

When people come to complain to him personally, he abruptly grabs the phone, supposedly he has an important call (and this is constantly happening)! The person is simply not in his place!!!!! He misses everything!!!!
