A very good pharmacy. A wonderful room in a new house. High ceilings, lots of light, huge assortment, excellent Parking. Minus - not all cash registers are open and there is a queue. I definitely advise you to visit.

Dear management! I express an official complaint about the pharmacy" zerde". The quality of service in this pharmacy is systematically at a very low level, and the behavior of employees does not meet professional requirements at all. The last time I went, the pharmacists were rude, raised their voices and made scandals because I asked for medicines for a simple first-aid kit. At one time, 5-6 employees gathered and fought with the client. This is a gross violation of professional ethics, official subordination and client rights. Employees do not have enough knowledge, responsibility and discipline are not observed. This is not the first time this has happened in the pharmacy, but it has been repeated many times. There is no respect for the client, the level of Service does not suit the health care institution at all. A pharmacy is an institution that is directly responsible for a person's health. Therefore, I believe that such chaos and indecency are dangerous for society. For these reasons, I no longer use the services of this pharmacy and ask you to take appropriate action.
