I am gradually getting to know the coffee world of the glorious city of Astana) On the way to the hotel, I stopped at a coffee shop to get a cappuccino and, well, something sweet to snack on... a Napoleon cake (it sounds like something from noble blood... although it's just a cake, it should be delicious). And so without foreplay... what did you like, what didn't: I'll start with the cons... so that the mood rises at the end of the review) Cons: - Napoleon himself (more precisely, the cake). The size and appearance are normal, but the main thing is the taste, right? The cakes are quite hard, I would say rubbery ... you just chew and chew ... the cream, obviously not custard ... moreover, the longer you eat, the less you like its taste and rather cloying. - there is no proper dessert plate, as well as no dessert forks. There is a tablespoon, as with soup. Very cool coffee cups, the best thing is to make similar paper disposable plates for dessert and it will be cool and stylish, and convenient too! Also, from an environmental point of view... paper is better than a lot of plastic! - everything is mixed up in the window ... and rolls and desserts and hot dogs)) Now about the advantages, they are there.… + staff, well done here! They create a pleasant atmosphere and welcome guests) + it's clean everywhere, that's a fact + the speed of serving dishes and the convenience of waiting, there is enough space for everyone) + the coffee itself. One of the important points for a coffee shop + a very, very cool coffee cup design... why the plates weren't made... it's not clear. + well, the price is quite affordable. That's also a plus. Not a bad coffee shop: polite staff, clean inside, pleasant interior. However, recently the quality of drinks has noticeably deteriorated, and the volume of portions has become smaller. I would like the institution to return to its previous level.
