Overall, we like the Zapravka store. The assortment is not bad, wonderful sellers work in the day shift — Ainura, Darkhan, Almagul, Eldar, Nagima. They are always helpful, polite and friendly. Thank them for that! But, unfortunately, in the evening there is a completely different impression. You feel under close supervision, as if you have come not to shop, but to a place where you are being watched as an intruder. Even the elementary purchase of ice cream becomes unpleasant. I would like the service to be at the same level in the evening as during the day.
