Everything would be fine. Yes, it seems to me that fresh pastries are not made in accordance with the norms. There is a cutting table, sink and oven in the common sales area, where customers are constantly located. An employee of the store, who has just put food on the shelves, in the same vest, without a cap and gloves, cuts the dough and prepares pies. And someone nearby from the visitors sneezes and coughs. It doesn't look hygienic at all. Maybe we should somehow fence off this place, or put on a pastry chef's robe, hat and gloves. But not like this: straight from the warehouse and at the cutting table.
