I bought a new BYD Leopard 3, because it was available in the right color and configuration. At the time of purchase, it's not that they didn't give a discount, the cost increased by $ 500 per day + a paid warranty of another $ 600 I paid the extra $1,100 in full on the day of purchase. They didn't have any rugs in stock and the factory bag with various buns was opened, but what is missing there now. After 15000km, about everything in the car stopped working (Ada's, cruise, ABS, ESP and all safety systems) and the ball valves on the left side collapsed. I applied to the salon to get the same guarantee for $ 600. They said the "chief" was doing it, but he "didn't understand Russian." Fix it at any service station. He said write to Viber. And I didn't answer them on the phone or on Viber anymore. We will sue

I was a little late with the review, I bought a car at the end of May, but I decided to write anyway. I bought a car in this salon because it is located nearby and there was a choice of different cars, which inspired some confidence. But unfortunately, it was not without problems. After paying the entire amount for the car under the contract, I still drove for 10 days without license plates at all, because the company had problems with certification (somehow) of imported cars and this made me nervous. During repeated communication, none of the managers said that there was a problem with registering the car after purchase, but at the same time they concluded a payment agreement assuring that everything was in order. It took a long time to deliver the car from the customs warehouse, the trailer broke down, and when I saw the car in the cabin, the cost increased by 200 CU (allegedly because of the yuan exchange rate, although nothing much happened with the exchange rate. The margin probably seemed too small)). After the epic of certification and receiving the EPTS was finally over, they apologized for the delay, but the fact remains that everything will fall on the shoulders of the buyer. There is no way to compare with other salons, but if you need to buy another car in this salon, I will probably refrain from contacting you.
