Nice fitness club in Atherau. I visited it thanks to my membership in the Russian Criminal Code. A clear plus: the professionalism of personal trainers in the gym at an adequate cost. I recommend planning training sessions with them in advance. Thanks to Armand! Norm: a spacious gym with lots of exercise equipment. Cons: the locker room and showers leave much to be desired, very tired. Towels are given out individually, also tired. Group training: I was at the pump. I can't hear the coach, there's no ventilation, and the equipment isn't LesMills. At least it's relatively spacious. Surprised: very large pool area. The pool is clearly made of high quality, RedSide level in Moscow in my opinion. But go to it through the common area :(((. There is also a sauna: large, spacious, bright. But it's 50 degrees or so. Total: the idea of the club is good, but it needs to be brought to mind. I'll definitely come to Armand for personal meetings, but I don't think I'll come to the sauna for group meetings.
