The service is fast and high-quality. There are practically no queues, although I go there very often. The only negative is the stairs, it's scary to fall down from it, because I'm usually with a child in my arms. But these are my problems, so I don't take off the star. Once, funds were accidentally debited from the card for an item that was not going to be redeemed. Then they worried, they left a phone number so that she would call if anything happened. And today they refused to accept defective goods, which I did not notice on the table, but noticed in the fitting room, located a meter away from the table. The curtain in the fitting room was open. They refused to raise the video from the cameras, but they immediately deducted money from the card for the defective product.
