Today we were confronted with the fact that the employee said that they would not issue a waiver of the goods, since there was no tag (not sewn), to which I replied that it was written everywhere only about checking for defects, they answered me in a rough form that I could get acquainted with the information at the stand, which I actually did. After reading all the information (an additional tag is not needed if it is sewn in)I concluded that the employee did not have all the information and was misleading the visitors. I ask you to understand the situation, who knows how many people have been and will still be in a similar situation.
