The "employees" of this point (Mogilev region, Osipovichi, Socialist Street, 6) refused to issue me a prepaid product that had already arrived at the above address. The reason for the refusal to issue the goods was given: "The program is not working... At the same time, the "employees" of this point deigned to voice this problem only after my demand to explain the reason why they gathered a queue of customers in the room of the point. No action was taken to fix the technical problem. Moreover, they did not even bother to fix a message on the doors of the point about a temporary technical problem and the timing of its elimination. There is no information on the website in my account that the item does not work. Rudeness in response: "You can go wherever you want - no one is keeping you here." Summary: • Incompetence of the staff at this point of delivery of the goods • Low level of stress tolerance of the staff of the pick-up point, which is unacceptable when working with clients in the fields of trade and services. • Complete lack of a sense of responsibility for their duties in the workplace. At the same time, there are two employees for such a small area of work as this pick-up point. Basic recommendation for the management of the Wilberries branch in Belarus: Please carefully select from among the applicants for such important areas of production associated with direct and daily contact with customers - not from among yesterday's schoolchildren, but mature people with due work experience in similar fields of activity (or related). Carefully study their background, management reviews from their previous places of work.
