I want to write a review about this item, because I am faced with the incompetence of an employee of this Pvz. Having purchased an item that said "refusal upon receipt" when ordering, i.e. the order can be returned immediately, in my case it was a food product and I did not like the look of it, the Pvz employee refused to accept the goods, saying that according to the rules of the Pvz these goods are not accepted. And he didn't accept it, even though I showed him that the refusal upon receipt sign was on when ordering. But as it turned out, the Pvz does not establish rules, the rules are the only ones in the marketplace. Moreover, the employee was rude and threatened to blacklist me, which is ridiculous! The item was very good before the arrival of an incompetent employee. It got dirty, however, as did the employee himself. Rudeness is his forte!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited the Wildberries pick-up point, and was very pleased with my experience! I'd like to mention the convenient location right away — it's easy to get there, which is very important, especially if you have a lot of shopping. The staff was very friendly and professional. The managers quickly helped me find my order and answered all my questions. I especially liked that they checked the goods before delivery to make sure everything was in order. The space at the pick-up point is quite spacious and cozy, waiting does not take much time, as the work organization system is well established. All the items were neatly packed and in excellent condition. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit. Wildberries continues to amaze with the high quality of service, and I will confidently order from them again and recommend them to my friends!
