I came a week ago, I was told that 20 minutes before the closing of the PVZ, I have the right to refuse one product. When contacting technical support, I was told that THERE is NO SUCH RULE. I was told that now it's 20 minutes before closing time, you can't refuse to deliver the product at all. Even though I arrived 30 minutes before closing time. Attention: the girl in front of me refused 6 items of clothing, there were no complaints about her. Question: who controls the employees at the PVZ???
