Substandard work, delays the queue, the PVZ employee was drunk, did not understand the words they were saying, could not cancel the goods. The service is terrible!

A phantom pick-up point. It works on maps, but in reality it's a day off. Apparently, updating information in 2026 is still considered a technology of the future that is not available to this branch. Thank you for the useless trip, your "professionalism" invigorates better than any pickle.

Rudeness on the part of the staff and the closure of the pick-up point for lunches that were not provided for and were not registered anywhere (except for a handwritten piece of paper on the door). If it's hard for you to work, quit and you don't have to bother and be rude to people who want to use normal service at a time convenient for themselves, not for the staff.
