Despite the fact that I came to pick up the order in the morning, before the official start of business hours, she was understanding of the situation, politely and promptly helped to receive the parcel. When this PVZ first opened, everything was very neat and beautiful there, despite the nondescript, unkempt entrance to the PVZ. Then everything was redone inside and now everything is not nice and tidy, it's almost always a mess, the floors are not cleaned, the mirrors in the fitting rooms are stained. Special attention should be paid to the work schedule and how employees follow it. In particular, with regard to breaks during the day (which employees are entitled to). The opening time, to put it mildly, is not always respected, and there is often a delay of up to half an hour. Some employees, almost constantly, during the delivery of goods, talk on the phone, solving some of their problems, this is at least rude to visitors. The owner of this PVZ does not respond to negative reviews in any way.
