Terrible service. Avoid this PVZ. On 06/04/2026 at 17:11 I picked up a white TopKepka cap (art. 425085182, 33.31 BYN). In the PVZ, due to the dim lighting on the counter, I did not notice a small, barely noticeable contamination on things during the inspection. I tried it on in the booth and returned it to the employee for rejection. The employee immediately discovered this spot and unfairly accused me of damaging the goods. He categorically refused to issue a refund, arguing that "it was necessary to look" and forced him to buy out the marriage. It was the first time I got into such a situation and the last time I visited this PVZ. I wrote a complaint in MARCH and a pre-trial complaint to the WB head office.
