Terrible store! Today, on 12/19/2025, defective kimonos arrived at 58 Stroiteley Avenue, Bobruisk. They found green paint stains, yellow stains, and defects in the fitting of the kimono in the store. Besides, the suit didn't fit. They forced me to buy it. If the store does not refund the money or replace the product, we will file a complaint. Call the hotline.

Terrible pick-up point. During a visit on 05/23/26, we encountered an extremely incorrect attitude of an employee: remarks in a commanding tone, a meticulous inspection of things literally "under a magnifying glass", accusing the buyer of factory defects and spots in poor lighting. There were also comments that "you don't need to order so much." I've been using Wildberries for many years, but this is the first time I've encountered this attitude. After such a service, I didn't want to buy the product anymore. The score is disgusting.

Terrible pick-up point. We visited him on 05/23/26 at around 18.30-19 hours. Order 7 women's suits. When I examined the table in front of the fitting room, one of the employees immediately began to make comments to me incorrectly, with an imperative and commanding note in her voice: "Don't look like that, you need to be more careful." When I replied that I couldn't examine every inch of the fabric, even in this light, I couldn't see very well, she replied that you should take offense at yourself later. And after the fitting, I examined it so carefully, but there was no magnifying glass. First, in one suit, she showed a barely noticeable thin white stripe in the area below the waist (quite clearly a technological flaw). She said that it could be our deodorant, if now you can get rid of this white (almost invisible))) If he gets rid of it , then I'll accept it. After my objections, she found something like a stain on another light suit: "But I definitely won't accept this from you anymore!" It's difficult to say whether it's polluted or not, because the lighting is artificial, the fabric has a heterogeneous structure, and it glows differently from different angles, so you can find fault with other parts of the fabric. Nothing could be proved to this employee. She also said that she didn't need to order so much. ( ???). There was no longer any desire to buy the suit they had chosen. For the one with the stain, she happily withdrew the money. Of course, she didn't respond to my suggestion to go into the fitting room and see what was dirty (if she was so enthusiastic about looking for stains). I've been using Valberis's services for over twelve years, I've never had anything even close to this situation, and I couldn't imagine it until yesterday when I visited this point. The rating is DISGUSTING
