generally cool wildberries.. Firstly, the girl who issues the orders is very nice and can tell you something if necessary. Secondly, it is convenient that it is located right in the house. And thirdly, it's a very nice and cozy room. Of the small disadvantages, the only thing is that there are only two fitting rooms, but there is no queue there (there was no queue when I went more than once). I give 5 stars

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service at the pick-up point. Every time I come to pick up an item, the employee can't find the order and asks for my phone number, promising to call if the item is found. As a result, the order is canceled and I do not receive the product. Today I insisted that my order be found, but it took a lot of time. You often have to wait a long time for the product to be found. I often hear the phrase: "It's not my problem, we don't have enough space" and similar remarks. In my experience, the service at this point leaves much to be desired. I no longer plan to contact this pick-up point. I am not a conflicted person, but the recurring problems have exhausted my patience. I ask you to consider the possibility of improving the process of issuing orders, increasing the responsibility of employees for finding orders and treating customers more respectfully. I would also appreciate information about what steps you plan to take to prevent this situation from happening again.
