The staff at this PVZ are polite and fast, queues are rare, and if there are employees they work quickly. The fitting rooms are always clean. But there is one disadvantage that at the moment I am a mother with a small child who cannot walk on his own yet, and going up to the second floor and receiving a parcel in his arms with a child becomes a challenge, and going up to the second floor with a stroller is not a good idea.

They were forced to buy back a deliberately defective product, the manager refused to return the product on the spot and charged the money, although this was not requested.
