Overall, a good pvz. The girls are trying. It is clear that there is not always time to go out for a smoke / to the toilet / to have a snack, as unloading, sorting, and customers will rush in. The score could have been 5, but... arriving drivers with orders unload near the last entrance of house #17 and block the passage between the houses. They respond to comments that they have nowhere to unload, although there is space at the end of the house, the entrance is closer and there is no interference to anyone.

Disgusting attitude towards customers, one product was lost, the second came to receive has not yet been decomposed, although an alert has already arrived in the application. So also the employee is rude. It's dirty in the PVZ, I don't recommend it.

Two headphones arrived. There was a glitch in the valberis program and the product was listed as paid (I did not make the payment). The employee of the PVZ advised to pick up the goods and open an application for a refund, assured that this had happened, and everyone approved. I was refused a refund. I highly do not recommend this item.
