It was not pleasant to enter the pick-up point. This is the second time. Girls don't listen when you talk to them, even though I warned them what I was taking with me to the fitting room and what I wasn't. They discuss personal things. There is an employee who always seems to be unhappy with something, especially if she is rejected. Everything is done as if as a favor, sometimes with comments between employees. I will not return to this pick-up point again, since there are plenty of points nearby where customers are treated well.
