Terrible service on this pvz! They communicate with people like dogs. As people wrote earlier, the product is ready for delivery, but when you arrive it is not ready. Patrick, there's a man who just yelled at me, saying, "You're coming on purpose when we haven't sorted it out yet." He yelled and was rude in front of everyone. And without my knowledge, he cancelled my products. Before you open a PVZ, you need to learn how to communicate with people.

There are huge queues due to the constant 30+ minute "technical" breaks in the middle of the day, I have not noticed this at any other point . employees often cannot find the product, they are asked to issue a waiver, and if the customer is not satisfied with this, they still issue a refund. They are rude, do not greet, give out the goods and go to the warehouse for a long time without asking the customer if he will pick up the goods.

It's a good point, I use it often Polite staff, often working on 2 computers, the queue moves quickly. For me, the disadvantage is that there is no ramp for a wheelchair.
