The maximum rating of this PVZ has to be reduced to three stars. Unfortunately, new staff are appearing among the familiar faces of the employees, who are not very efficient... The algorithm of visits is always the same - you present a QR code, receive an order, and check for compliance. But when, for no objective reason, the receipt is delayed in time, it's too much!

The pvz is good. but today I was picking up the goods, protective glasses on the phone, there were two employees, the little daughter of one of the girls. they picked up my goods at the warehouse, and this little girl was given to "help" carry the goods to the counter. On the way to my place, she dropped my order. One of the windows is broken!! I only saw the trash at home, I can't refuse the product, the glass is urgently needed. It is my great regret that the child was entrusted with a FRAGILE product!!!! the employee saw that there were safety GLASSES! I'm very sorry not to treat orders with such negligence. It was very unpleasant. according to other criteria, there are no claims against pvz, it is a one-time case, but it is very bad.

Sometimes they don't have packages, sometimes they have paid packages, at first there weren't many people, there were more or less, but now the queues are constant. Our big rhythm microphone doesn't need two points, but at least 3-5. There are places in the Global shopping center, please ask for one more item.
