When this pick-up point appeared, I was glad, close to home, you don't need to go anywhere, but, there was a but, the service staff closes for a technical break 20 times a day, as I won't come , it's always closed, they accept the goods - they close the pick-up point, there are a ton of people in the city, but when the goods arrive to them , they do not close the pick-up point but do everything together , there are few people here and they always make the moment that "you need to close ", there are moments that they gather and leave earlier , the schedule is for whom ? neither hello nor goodbye, they sit with stony faces and with an expression on their face as if they want to say "get out, what the hell have you come for?"
