I recommend it to everyone. A clean pick-up point, and most importantly very close to home! No queues! The staff are kind and polite, and the locals are also quite kind to people (especially penguins). I recently went to get an order, some penguin comes in with me and starts demanding money from a WB employee and threatening to steal orders from the warehouse. Probably a local bandit or a gangster. A local bear said that an ozone dispensary will be opened soon. I'm already waiting!

Perhaps the most pleasant PVZ is not only in Svalbard, but also in the entire island and continental Russia. Parcels arrive quickly — in less than 4 months from the moment of the order. The bears serve quickly, do not conflict, are very responsive and courteous, which the vast majority of Wildberries St. Petersburg can not boast of. One disadvantage is that there are huge queues during rush hours, as if the whole village is coming to pick up the desired parcels. Personally, I really like to get a lot of stuff so that I can try it on. Well, who doesn't? =)

I am very pleasantly surprised by the work of the Wildberries pick-up point on In Svalbard. The order arrived quickly, the package is intact, without damage. The staff is polite and always ready to help. I especially liked the bear :z. The PV has a convenient location, easy to find, and there are no long queues. I recommend it to everyone!
