A very unpleasant experience at the pick-up point. There were spiders on the entrance and walls—and not just one or two, but a whole invasion! It feels like the room has not been cleaned for a long time and the sanitary condition is not controlled. Picking up the order was just scary — not to mention that it raises serious safety and hygiene issues. PVZ employees, please pay attention to the storage conditions and cleanliness of your points. This attitude towards clients is unacceptable.
