We go to this pick-up point quite often, but lately the impressions have only been negative. First of all, it's always dirty here - the floor is not cleaned, it's dusty, the counters are a mess. Secondly, there is a very unpleasant woman working there. She's incredibly slow, checks every little thing for an hour, asks a bunch of completely unnecessary questions, and starts being rude and meddling in her comments. It feels like she's deliberately creating problems. The most outrageous thing is that a couple of times she tried to charge money for the order in advance, even though I hadn't even picked it up yet. Thank you that there were not enough funds on the card at that moment (I ordered two items, but I only had money for one). If the amount had been in full, she would have withdrawn them, but what about the order afterwards is unclear. Is this even legal?!Be careful, check all charges! I have never seen such an attitude and service anywhere. I highly do not recommend this PVZ, if you do not want to spoil your nerves.

I went there in the spring mud, there is no path to the entrance from the main passage, I have to knead the mud. There is an extremely unpleasant employee on the issue, who also cheats, if I had not prudently transferred money from the card to another card, then when I requested a waiver, she would have written off the money. I realized this because I received an SMS about insufficient funds, to which the employee said; oh, I'm sorry, I pressed the wrong button. Very strange...

Judging by the reviews below, these are people offended by life. I have been using the PVZ since its opening, and I regularly visit it once a week, but I have not observed such issues as keys. The staff is polite, not rude. I didn't pay attention to the floor, but it's worth noting that it's winter at the moment. Not the same as before, but still. And if people cleaned up after their animals, I think the floor would be cleaner!
