Judging by the reviews below, these are people offended by life. I have been using the PVZ since its opening, and I regularly visit it once a week, but I have not observed such issues as keys. The staff is polite, not rude. I didn't pay attention to the floor, but it's worth noting that it's winter at the moment. Not the same as before, but still. And if people cleaned up after their animals, I think the floor would be cleaner!

Faced with the problem of returning technically difficult goods of inadequate quality to Wildberries. Two weeks after purchasing the ergo 8300s iron grey computer mouse, it stopped working. The WB refused to accept the defective product back and asked for a service center report. Firstly, there is no Genius service center in Minsk, and secondly, these requirements are illegal in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 9, 2002 No. 90-Z "On Consumer Rights Protection" (the consumer, in case of a shortage in technical the seller has the right to make demands for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods by the seller to the consumer). According to paragraph 11 of Article 20 of the Law, the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) is obliged to accept goods of inadequate quality from the consumer, and, if necessary, to check the quality of the goods, which is carried out by the seller or the repair organization. WB blatantly ignores the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, so be careful when buying technically complex products in this marketplace!

The rude boy on the issue with dirty purple hair . I am arrogant , and during other visits , the PVZ taught me how to use Viber . I'll be a sinner, I went in with a 2 kg yorkie. I had to pick up one item! But he was rude to me . And yes, who should clean the floor in the PVZ!?
