I had previously left a positive review, but the last time I visited this pick-up point, I was charged for all the goods I ordered (at that moment I was just checking it). The girl at the pick-up point confronted me with the fact that she had written off the entire amount and had not apologized for the incident. The total amount was 686 rubles, but in fact I took only 193 rubles (the ordered shoes did not fit). Now we have to wait for a refund according to the general rules, as when making a refund in case of marriage.

20.01 I went to pick up the goods in the evening, there were a lot of things, I took everything, so after I checked the goods under the cameras, I just put everything in a bag and left. When I got home after the point was closed, I realized that one product was missing, so I decided that I had left it at the pick-up point. I don't think anyone would have needed chenille wires, so I went there the next day to ask if they were there. I came in around five o'clock in the afternoon, approached the young man at the counter, asked if my wires were there. To which I received the answer: "I wasn't here yesterday," and then just silence. I had to independently suggest that he somehow contact the person from yesterday's shift and ask him. The young man picked up the phone, went to the back and returned 20 seconds later, maybe more, maybe less, but in general, after a while, during which he definitely did not ask anyone anything) I thanked him and left, these wires don't cost much there, but to be honest, it's terribly unpleasant that they didn't even try to help me in any way)

The point is convenient. Tables, booths. The staff is polite. 2 cons: the stairs at the entrance are loose, it's scary to walk on them in winter, and the opening hours are from 10.00. Why it's so late is unclear. I'm not comfortable at all after my daily shift-I'm walking, it's still closed, and then I don't want to leave the house on purpose.
