I recently moved in, so I can't really say anything. In two trips, I got into long queues. The first time, one guy worked, and after a while, two more employees slowly came out. The second time, only one nice girl worked and was torn between refunds, handing out goods and explaining the refund to the client through the office. The staff is pleasant, but chaos and disorganization prevail at the point. Something obviously needs to be done about this..(

The worst I've ever seen. The workers are new every time, they don't know how to work at all, because of this, a large number of visitors accumulate, the room is filled with boxes and garbage Strange things have been happening lately: they can't find orders, they say they mark in the program that they haven't been issued, but debiting money from the card shows the opposite, the receipt passes as received by the buyer. When asked how this happens, the answer is "oh, I'm sorry, I've already fixed everything," and it turns out that they are lying, looking into their eyes, because the written-off funds are not returned, or they return for another, issued product, which is much cheaper. The wildberries customer support team is not responding in any way, alas. The impressions are disgusting(

This is probably the worst pick-up point for orders. One gets the impression that untrained employees work here who are completely irresponsible in their duties. Chaos reigns all the time: it's dirty, boxes and packages are lying everywhere, and huge queues are gathering due to the slow work of the staff. In addition, employees have an amazing talent for rudeness and impoliteness. Recently, the situation has become catastrophic. As long as I don't come, the point is permanently closed for a "technical break" that lasts for an hour. This happens even at the most demanded time — in the evening, when it is convenient for people to stop by on their way from work. In fact, it becomes impossible to receive your order. Fortunately, this is not the only pick-up point near the house. Of course, I will pick up all my future orders at alternative locations where time is valued and customers are respected.
