I use this item all the time, it is the most adequate PVZ in the area. Everything is always neatly laid out, there are ottomans and shoe spades in the booths, the queues fly away quickly, and the staff are polite. The "swells" who write about mountains of boxes or packages are surprising. You understand that the goods are accepted right in front of you, this is a workflow! Instead of scribbling angry reviews, it would be better to throw the garbage from the packaging into the trash can, otherwise they will throw it themselves, and then accuse the PVZ of disorder. Separately, I would like to stand up for the staff: it is disgusting to see how some "kings" and "queens" allow themselves to insult employees and be rude to them out of the blue. The guys are working at a furious pace, trying to issue orders as quickly as possible, and they get angry at every little thing they don't even have to do with. The negative reviews here are clearly from those who are just bored with life and want to throw poison at someone. If you behave like a human being, then you will be treated normally. And also (it was with me personally). The category of customers who enter the PVZ and mutter something under their breath is striking. You either speak clearly, or don't be surprised by the result later. At first, they mumble, I don't take it away, that I can't make out anything, they stand in silence, and then they discover the write-offs at home and run to scribble angry reviews that they were allegedly "robbed" or "misled." I give 5 stars!!!) They deserve it!)

What are the technical interruptions in the PVZ that are not listed in the work schedule? I understand everything, go to the toilet, eat, but when a customer stands and asks for an irrevocable order, and he is refused - what is it? A separate conversation is the fitting rooms, in which you can not turn around, there is nowhere to put things. Inconvenient. Slow, unmotivated employees. Raise your salary or something and hire normal people.

More than once, there were cases of money being written off for goods that we did not pick up. And now that the product has been accepted in the purchase history, you can't prove anything to anyone. They say: "we have watched the cameras, the goods have been issued to you." They sent me the wrong product. Why do I need it? Inattentive employees. There are very long queues due to the fact that they constantly lose goods and cannot find them. There used to be a good point, but now it's just impossible to be there. I advise you to avoid it. I can only advise you to hire good staff and sort out the mess you've made there.
